No. The audit and the demo are free, and the demo is a real working site for your business — not a mockup of somebody else's. Setup is billed when you approve the demo and say "launch it."
About 30 minutes total: your business name to start, then one short call or message thread to confirm services, prices and photos. If you have a logo or photos, great — if not, we start with what your business already has public and upgrade from there.
You do. The domain is registered to you, and the site and its content are yours. Monthly plans are services on top of your asset — cancel and the site stays live; I'll hand over everything cleanly.
Yes — the free audit covers your current site too. Sometimes the honest answer is "keep it, just fix these three things" (that's a Google Profile Fix, not a rebuild). If a rebuild is genuinely better, I'll show you the demo next to your current site and let the comparison sell it.
Of course — I'll show you how the common edits work. Most owners prefer to just text me changes; that's what maintenance is for. Either way works, and you can switch anytime.
